Price list

Prices for the apartment rental are per night and per apartment (max. 4 people).

* 15% surcharge for stays from 24.12. until 1.1.

Discounts

The discounts are valid when booking directly with us. The discounts cannot be cumulated:

• 30% discount – this discount will apply to any reservation for 60 nights or longer
• 20% discount – this discount will apply to any reservation for 30 nights or longer
• 13% discount – this discount will apply to any reservation for 20 nights or longer
• 6% discount – this discount will apply to any reservation for 10 nights or longer
• 15% repeaters discount (as a big thank you to all our guests who visit us often)

In the case of a longer stay, an individual discount is possible.

The rental price includes

• wireless internet
• Spanish and English TV programs
• Android TV
• air conditioning
• electricity
• water
• bed linen, towels, kitchen towels
• use of the swimming pool in the residential complex
• the cot and the high chair for children

How to book?

• You can pre-book a date by reservation form.
• Once we have verified your date, we will confirm your booking.
• Or we will inform you about the occupancy of the Apartment and together we will try to find a spare free term.

Payment terms

• After receiving your booking confirmation, you will pay a deposit of 20% of the accommodation price within 3 days by bank transfer to our account.
• A balance of up to 100% of the accommodation price is due 1 month before the date of arrival and is non-refundable.

FREE Cancellation

If you cancel your booking a minimum 61 days ahead of your arrival date, your deposit is Fully Refunded.

Other payments

• Final cleaning – 70 EUR (is required when booking your stay)
• Refundable damage deposit – 100 EUR (a deposit is required on arrival in cash and will be refunded, subject to an inspection of the apartment, in cash after check-out.

Airport transfer

If you are interested, our delegate will pick you up at the airport upon arrival and will take you directly to the apartment:

Airport transfer from Alicante – 60 EUR (one way, 3-4 persons)

Arrival and departure from the apartment

• Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
• Our delegate will give you the keys, guide you through the apartment and give you all the necessary information.
• You will receive two sets of keys
• Parking is free of charge in the car parks around the complex – can not be booked in advance.
• Check-out is the last day of your stay until 10:00.
