This beautiful Apartment type penthouse with the sea views is located in the popular seaside town of Torrevieja (50 km south from Alicante). The apartment is just a stone´s throw from the great white Los Naufragos Beach and is within easy walking distance to everything you could possible need in terms of services and amenities are within easy reach. The Apartment makes up part of a luxury complex PUERTA LA SAL III which boasts: well-decorated communal areas and a large swimming pool with ample sun-bathing space.

The Apartment is 65 m2 and consists of a bright and spacious large lounge-diner, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of workspace and storage, 2 double bedrooms (master with fitted wardrobes and a private sun terrace which boasts a sea view), plus a good-size designer bathroom with a walk-in shower. Leading off the lounge is a covered sun terrace with a sea view to the side. We have air conditioning in the apartment, that works as a heater in winter months. Bed linen and towels are provided for use.

The private 55 m2 solarium on the top-roof offers sun loungers, lounge furniture and table with chairs – it is an ideal place to relax and you can watch beautiful sunset every day! The apartment is south-west orientated so even autumn, winter and spring time offers a lot of sun.

The Naufragos Beach Apartment has all amenities needed for an amazing stay! It is fully equipped with modern appliances and in the kitchen we have all of the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. You will feel here like at home!

The Naufragos Beach Apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and is ideal for couples or families that want a relaxing and stress free holiday next to the beach and local amenities. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Arrival and departure from the apartment

• Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
• Our delegate will give you the keys, guide you through the apartment and give you all the necessary information.
• You will receive two sets of keys
• Parking is free of charge in the car parks around the complex – can not be booked in advance.
• Check-out is the last day of your stay until 10:00.
