Rio Safari Elche – zoo among palm trees
Located right by the Santa Pola – Elche road, less than 10 minutes by car from either of these two towns, the city of Alicante and the airport. Hundreds of exotic animal species including hippos, tigers, lions and chimpanzees live in a natural setting provided by four thousand palm trees in the “Huerto de los leones”.
The ticket price includes a ride on the expedition train, at least three different exhibitions every day and access to all the facilities. And to complete your visit, you can go for a dip, play and get to know the friendly sea lions.
